NMM 2365 BLACK EDIT, LUXURY FRAMED PRINT - MUSEUM FINE ART
Each custom framed print begins with a premium photographic paper in three finishes, Lustre, Matte, and Museum Fine Art, that produces an intensely rich color depth and striking blacks. Each luxury print is surrounded by a snow white mount with a height of 2 mm, creating rich sense of depth.
Our box frame is milled from solid ash, hand-stained by our team and finished with a specialist wax to accentuate the grain. The frame has a box profile measuring 20 mm (front face) by 33 mm (depth from wall).
Further customize your fine art piece by choosing from a Float Glass, Perspex, or Museum Glass glaze.
LUSTRE PHOTO PAPER
Our Lustre Photo Paper has a satin lustre finish and a subtle pearl-like texture. Supporting deeper color saturation than matte papers, this print produces impressive color depth and strikingly intense blacks.
MONET ETCHING PAPER
Our heavy-duty Monet Etching Paper has a velvety matte surface, which is optimized for high-contrast prints. This vegan certified paper has a warm white hue providing a perfect surface for Jon and Jan’s gorgeous fine art prints.
MUSEUM FINE ART PAPER
Our fine art paper is a gently textured etching paper designed for museum-quality reproductions. This beautiful and versatile art paper is particularly suited to Giclée reproductions of artworks and paintings. Ideal for premium color and monochrome prints.
Our classic Float Glass glaze features a clear glass that protects the print from moisture and prevents the accumulation of static charge, which may attract dust.
Our acrylic Perspex glaze is shatter and scratch resistant and protects the print from heat transfer and moisture accumulation.
Our Museum Glass glaze provides an optically pure viewing experience and delivers exceptional protection from heat, moisture, and static. This is the highest quality glass glaze available.
MEET THE MICROMETEORITE
NMM 2365 is a coarse porphyritic olivine (PO-type) spherule that features two nickel iron beads and a rare gray-green body color. Lovingly known as the “Pac-Man” micrometeorite, NMM 2365’s gray-green body is characterized by olivine crystals composed of forsterite (magnesium silicate). NMM 2365 measures 0.3 mm and was discovered by Project Stardust Founder Jon Larsen on June 12, 2020 in Eiksmarka, Bærum, Norway.
